We liked every detail about our very good 2 nights stay here. The room was beautifully maintained with comfortable bed.

The area was a little dirty.

Had a fab stay during our weekend. The service was exceptional and we liked hotel's great restaurant. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mint

The property was reasonably clean and well-maintained, had good staff and location. The rooms were where everything worked, enjoyed it. The restaurant here was friendly for breakfast.

I was met by responsive and professional staff at the reception. The room was nicely furnished with a sofa bed which added to the comfort, had wake-up service, that's cool. They provided plenty of yummy choices for breakfast that was included. The pool was lovely and I had free mineral drinks in the main bar.

We loved staff and location here. We got a room with a bathtub. Location close enough to the city centre casino over the road and the train station and restaurants.

The place was solid and clean, it had very good staff and rooms. The room met requirements, well-maintained with everything catered for.

Its breakfast definitely could have been included.

Stylish and fairly clean place with a warm reception. The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast, I tried excellent dishes. The staff was incredible and the location was unbeatable - altogether a very nice experience. And I loved the proximity to shopping centres and several stores in Leeds. Quick check in and a good service throughout my stay.

The staff were marvellous and the restaurant was particularly good! Quiet room, really lovely bathroom. A good choice of food at breakfast like pastries and cheese. The location was perfect and the bed amazing. Rooftop bar with a dance floor and a piano onsite. This hotel was great value, seeing price-lists in other hotels.

Nice hot breakfast with a wide range of options, air conditioned and spotless place. Cool enough, and freshly renovated rooms. There was a nice restaurant, the shops and several stores next door.

Top location, extremely comfy bed, lovely gardens. The delightful staff made my stay best. The room was airy with a PERFECT view. The breakfast was fantastic, I liked a wide range of food they served. Walking distance to the shops and several stores across the street. The pool was good too.

Stunning location, sensational breakfast and faultless staff. Exceptional view, a good balcony, spacious bed, too. The impeccable service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Nice budget hotel centrally located in the city. The authentic restaurant and superb bar, we loved them.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We really loved that family-friendly venue. 10 mins walk to the center. There is bus station called W9 Wellington Street, it's located a few steps away from the hotel. The facilities, such as central heating, a private safe and television, were all that was needed.

Well, low water pressure.

The bed was comfy, best sleep ever. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Tasty Toasties that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Very easy to get from Leeds Bradford airport, just 9 miles...

The a sauna met expectation. 700 feet away there is Sociable Folk.
